Shipping Order: ships within the United States and most countries Internationally.

Shipping Rates:

We use UPS as our primary shipping method. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.

Military & P.O. Box Addresses:
Due to the shipper's restrictions, shipping is currently not available for APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Packages:
Shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.


How to Order Online:
From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list.  Check a color and size and then click on “Add to Cart”.

International Orders:

We are able to process orders from anywhere outside of the U.S. with provided shipping company and pre-paid ; typically thru a wire transfer, before shipment.  You will receive wire instructions after you submit your order and a confirmation via email before shipment. Order Status:

When your order has been received and you have provided us with valid e-mail address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail.  If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status by clicking ”LOG IN” and logging in with your user ID and password and then clicking on “My Orders” under the “My Account” section.

Modify or Cancel Order:

Due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.  However, should you cancel the order, it is subject to 10% cancellation fee once order confirmation is received. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation e-mail or Shipping Confirmation, please contact us immediately for assistance at 1-800-213-2168 or [email protected]

Cut Off Time:

 Processing cut off time for orders is 2:00pm PST (However, time is subject to change at anytime. Please call Customer Service for further questions/concerns regarding your order and shipment.)
Depending on the volume of the orders it will take 1-2 business days to ship out your order, except for expedited wholesale orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Online Purchase Return Policy:



Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within  3 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION within 3 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS' PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all tags and be accompanied by the original invoice. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned merchandise due to customers’ error are subject to 25% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges

Refunds are not available - only store credit is available. Refunds will not be issued. All sales of items marked as "CLOSEOUT" or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service 1-800-213-2168 for your return authorization request. If you choose to email, please include your PO# in the subject line and the following information to [email protected]:

• Address
• Invoice Number
• Style Number
• Quantity & Color
• Reason for Return

All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.

Please note again, “sale or closeout Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
